Sydney Harbour Bridge - (aka Milsons Point)
|
|
Milsons Point is our preferred location for beginners but also a perfect starting point for tours for the advanced visiting skater / tourist.
Put what you've learnt into practice by rollerblading across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and beyond with an experienced instructor to guide you!
As well as being great fun its a lesson, tour and photo opportunity in one. As with all our lessons you'll improve your skating skills... with
the added bonus that (weather permitting) you'll get to see Sydney Harbour as you cruise across the Bridge.
For this skate we meet next to the Milsons Point train station on the Milsons Point side (Western exit).
In the event of rain we'll conduct our lesson at the adjacent sheltered area!

North Sydney - (Luna Park foreshore)
|
|
A great venue choice for the beginner skaters and kids lessons due to the smooth surfaces, safe surrounds and awesome views is definitely the harbour foreshore!
This venue has the added bonus that there is a sheltered location nearby (Milsons Pt) where we hold our classes in case of rain ---
meaning fewer CANCELLATIONS. We meet in front of Ripples Cafe on the foreshore next to the North Sydney Olympic Pool.

Centennial Park
|
|
A good place for intermediate rollerbladers to cruise noted for its green surroundings, restricted vehicle speed limits, low gradient, free parking, refreshments and public transport.
Centennial Park is positioned in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs and classes are conducted (by prior arrangement) close to Centennial Park cafe.
However, the bitumen surface could be a lot smoother and this plus dodging people are the only major detractors.
Refreshments and lunch are available from the Centennial Park Cafe.
Because of the surface if this is your first lesson we recommend that you make the journey across the bridge to our North Sydney venue!
Go on you Sydneysider its not really that far away and you'll enjoy the Sydney Harbour surrounds!

Bondi Beach - (Concourse)
|
|
For those in-line skaters who have experienced Venice Beach, California, and thought it was cool, well mate... you haven't seen anything until you've been to Sydney's Bondi Beach.
Site of the Sydney 2000 Olympics Beach Volleyball, Bondi also has an abundance of places to enjoy rollerblading so long as you have intermediate-advanced skills i.e. dodge the runners.
The surface is not quite as smooth as North Sydney's so if you're a beginner try Milsons Point first.
Bondi skatepark is excellent for intermediate to advanced recreational skaters wanting to learn how to rollerblade in bowls...
In the event of rain we'll conduct our lesson at the adjacent sheltered area!
