Rollerskating is an excellent form of fitness. Learning how to rollerskate with rollerskatingsydney allows you to build your level
of fitness whilst learning correct skating technique. In order to get the most out of your rollerskating lesson we recommend that you
first consider whether your level of fitness is appropriate. We are able to provide off-skate training in-lieu of your on-skate lesson where deemed
appropriate by your instructor.
Off-skate training involves stretching, balance and exercises to build your leg strength. It is recommended that you do not engage in excessive
physical exercise prior to your lesson.
